Return is possible, totally free of charge, without specifying a reason and without penalty within 30 days.

Our policy provides that: The Customer, where entitled as a consumer under and for the purposes of (ex art. 49, paragraph 1, lett. (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”) , may withdraw without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 14 working days from receipt of goods, extended by our company to 30 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within the above-mentioned period, a written notice by e-mail to VX Tennis di Omar Falco at info@vxtennis.com . A message of receipt of the withdrawal will be provided as a response.
If the product has any defects in shape, wrong size or coloring, damage or damaged parts, the buyer has 3 days to contact VX Tennis by Omar Falco. at info@vxtennis.com. The company agrees and will cover the cost of the return, and the buyer may opt for a replacement or full refund of the order, including any shipping costs.
In order to be eligible for return, The merchandise must be returned undamaged, unused, complete with all parts and accessories, in its original packaging (envelopes and packages), not damaged or soiled, and accompanied by instructions for use and documentation.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
*In case the buyer decides to keep items received with defects in shape, wrong size or coloring, damage or damaged parts.
*Any item that, when received back by VX Tennis by Omar Falco. is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts due to causes not attributable to our error.
In the event that the merchandise is found to have any or all of these characteristics at the time of receipt by us: not intact, used, incomplete of all its parts and accessories, without original packaging (envelopes and packages), ruined or dirty and lacking instructions for use and documentation, the item may be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense or refunded in part or not at all. If no arrangements are made by the buyer within 10 days, VX Tennis by Omar Falco. may dispose of the goods at its will.
After 30 days from the receipt of the purchase, the goods cannot be returned but only replaced under warranty. In addition, if it is found to be discontinued, so that replacement is not possible, we undertake to make a full refund of the price paid at the time of order after receiving proof of purchase from the purchaser.
Once the return is received and inspected to verify that the condition of the merchandise is like new, the refund (equal to the price paid including shipping) will be processed and automatically issued within 48 hours. A credit will be applied to your original card or payment method. Times will vary depending on the payment method used by the customer.
Late or outstanding refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund, we recommend that you recheck your bank account, then contact the credit card company; it can take time for a refund to be formally recorded.

Loss of return by courier:
It may happen that during the transportation of the return the goods are lost, In this case, either within 30 days of receipt, or for warranty replacement after 30 days, we undertake to issue a full refund with shipping charges.
